This tutorial is written with PSPX2 But can easily made with other versions
Preparations : Open tubes in PSP Install filters before you open PSP! Install fonts in fonts folder in PSP Install mask in your mask folder in PSP, unless otherwise specified Install textures in texture folder in PSP

Colors : Foreground: #a4b7cf Background : #15759b Foreground Gradient : Linear : 45 – 0, check invert
1 Open a new image – 650x500 pix – transparent Fill with gradient
2 Selections – select all Layers – new raster layer
3 Open : fractal-01 Edit – copy Edit – paste into selection Selections – none Blend mode : luminance – Opacity : 25 Effects – edge effects - enhance
4 Open tube : painted dress Edit – copy Edit – paste as a new layer Image – resize : 2x90%, uncheck all layers Move right against the edge
5 Layers – duplicate Image – mirror Opacity : 35 Layers – arrange – move down
6 Activate top layerf Effects – 3D-effects – drop shadow : V10 – H8 – 65 – 20 Close this layer
7 Activate bottom layer Layers – merge visible
8 Effects – Bordermania – Frame #2 – see print screen
9 Open and activate top layer again
10 Open tube : MMDesignz_nov08_027si Edit – copy Edit – paste as a new layer Image – resize : 75%, uncheck all layers Move left and down Effects – 3D-effects – drop shadow : V10 – H8 – 65 –
11 Open tube : Dripping Paint Brush Edit – copy Edit – paste as a new layer Image – mirror Image – resize : 85%, uncheck all layers Move left and up a bit – see example Effects – 3D-effects – drop shadow : V10 – H8 – 65 –
12 Layers – new raster layer Place name and/or watermark
13 Layers – merge all
14 Adjust – sharpness – unsharp mask : 1 – 64 – 4
15 Activate selection tool – free hand – from point to point And make a selection – see print screen
16 Effects – EyeCandy 4000 – Jiggle – see print screen
Selections – none Edit - copy
17 Open A/s Edit – paste as a new animation
18 Back to PSP Click undo 2x Effects – EyeCandy 4000 – Jiggle – click random seed 1x Selections – select none Edit - copy
19 Back to A/S Edit – paste after current frame
20 Back to PSP Click undo 2x Effects – EyeCandy 4000 – Jiggle – click random seed 1x Selections – select none Edit - copy
21 Back to A/S Edit – paste after current frame
22 Animation – frame properties – display time : 20 )
23 Click on the filmstrip to check your animation
