Open  tubes in PSP
Install filters before you open PSP!
Install fonts in fonts folder in PSP
Install mask in your mask folder in PSP, unless otherwise specified
Install textures in texture folder in PSP

Image – free rotate – right : 15 – rotate single layer around center canvas
Put it in a nice spot – see example

Edit – copy
Edit – paste as a new layer
Image – free rotate – left : 15 – rotate single layer around center canvas
Image – resize : 85% - uncheck all layers
Move it up and left – see example
Effects – 3D-effects – dropshadow – V&H 3 – 65 – 5

Right click – copy merged
Edit – paste as a new layer
Image – mirror
Image – resize : 70% - uncheck all layers
Effects – 3D-effects – dropshadow – V&H 3 – 65 – 5
Move it right and down – see example
