This tutorial is written with PSPX2 But can easily made with other versions
Preparations : Open tubes in PSP Install filters before you open PSP! Install fonts in fonts folder in PSP Install mask in your mask folder in PSP, unless otherwise specified Install textures in texture folder in PSP

1. Open a new image– 650x500 – transparent Fill with gradient Adjust – blur – Gaussian blur : 15
2. Selections – select all Layers – new raster layer Open tube : jet-shoes-september-2008 Edit – copy Edit – paste into selection Selections - none
3. Effects – image effects – seamless tiling – standard Adjust – blur – motion blur : angle 315 – strength : 100 Layers – duplicate Image – mirror Image – flip Opacity : 50 Layers – merge down
4. Effects – Mehdi – Weaver - Size Range : 300-500 Effects – edge effects – enhance 2x
5 Open tube : LD-releaxed Edit – copy Edit – paste as a new layer Move to the left – see example Effects – 3D-effects - dropshadow : V10 – H8 – 65 – 20
6 Open tube : mou_svetlana coffe Edit – copy Edit – paste as a new layer Image – resize : 1x65%, 1x85%, uncheck all layers Effects – 3D-effects - dropshadow : V10 – H8 – 65 – 20
7 Open tube : PspDesignersClub 51 Edit – copy Edit – paste as a new layer Image – mirror Image – resize : 85%, uncheck all layers Layers – duplicate Blend mode : dodge Layers – arrange – move down
8. Activate top layer Effects – 3D-effects - dropshadow : V10 – H8 – 65 – 20
9. Open tube : jet-shoes-september-2008 Edit – copy Edit – paste as a new layer Image – resize : 1x 50%, 1x90%, uncheck all layers Move up and to the right – see example Layers – duplicate Blend mode : dodge Layers – arrange – move down
10 Activate top layer Opacity : 65 Effects – 3D-effects - dropshadow : V10 – H8 – 65 – 20
11 Open je word art tube Edit – copy Edit – paste as a new layer Image – resize : 95%, uncheck all layers Move it to a nice spot or see example Effects – EyeCandy 3.1 – Glow – see print screen

12 Layers – new raster layer Place your name and/or watermark
13 Image – add borders – 1 pix black Selections – select all Effects – 3D-effects – cutout : V&H 3 – 65 – 5 Repeat with V&H -3 Selections - none
14 Image – add borders – 20 pix black Select with magic wand – anti-alias – inside Fill with gradient Effects – Neology – Polar Checkered Tiling – standard Effects – edge effects – enhance
15 Effects – 3D-effecten – outer bevel – see print screen - color 808080

16 Image – resize : 650 pix
17 Adjust – sharpness – unsharp mask : 1 – 64 – 4 You can now save your image as a jpeg or add some glitter to it

22 Back to A/S Edit – past after current frame
23 Back to PSP Click undo 2x Effects – Alien Skin Xenofex2 – constellation Click random seed en click ok Selections – none Edit – copy
24 Back to A/S Edit – past after current frame Now click on the filmstrip to check out your animation If you are satisfied,
