Xero : Porselain
Fm Tile Tools – Blend emboss

Filters HERE

Preparations:
Place mask in your  mask-folder in PSP
Place the gradient in your gradient- folder in PSP
Open  tubes in PSP

Background : c0c0c0

Open a new image 650x500, transparent
Fill with background
Layers – New raster layer
Fill with gradient
Adjust – Blur – Gaussian 15

Layers – Load/save mask – Load mask from disc
Look for  your mask :  YvonneS : Yvon_339log9
Check : adjust to canvas – source luminance – hide all masks
Effects – Edge effects – Enhance
Layers – Merge – Merge group
Effect – Edge effects - Enahce

Open  tube : 341NLF090308
Edit – Copy
Layers – New raster layer
Selections – Select all
Edit – Paste into selection
Move it a bit to the top
Blend mode : luminance legacy – Opacity 50
Layers – Duplicate
Image – Flip
Opacity : 30
Layers – Merge – Merge down

Open  tube : perles et masque
Edit – Copy
Edit – Paste as a new layer
Image – Resize 70% - Uncheck all layers
Blend mode : luminance legacy – Opacity 50
Move to the left bottom corner (see example)

Open  tube : Soft
Edit – Copy
Edit – Paste as a new layer
Image – Resize 75% - uncheck all layers
Image – Mirror
Blend mode : Luminance legacy – Opacity : 60
Move it to the right bottom corner (see example)

Edit – Copy
Edit – Paste as a new layer
Image – Resize : 2x 85%, Uncheck all layers
Move it to the right spot (see example)
Layers – Duplicate
Effects – Distortion effects – Wind : from left 90
Layers – Arrange – Move down
Activate top layer
Effects – Dropshadow : V&H 3  D75  V7
Effects – FM Tile Tools – Blend Emboss  - standard

Put  in your name and/or watermark
Layers – merge – Merge all

Image – Add borders : 4 pix background
Selections – Select all
Image – Add borders : 25 pix white
Selections – Invert
Fill with gradient
Keep selection

Effects  – Filter Redfield – Craquelure 3D – standard (see  print screen)

Keep selection

Selections – Select none
